Dress warmly: Bring enough warm clothing for yourself and your family; an extra blanket is always a good idea.
Stay hydrated: Carry fresh water to remain comfortable throughout the experience.
Children: If you come with children, remember they are your responsibility for the duration of the tour.

What Is Not Allowed

Out of respect for yourself and others:

Inappropriate condition: Boarding the van or participating in the tour under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking tobacco or other substances is prohibited in the van or in any tour area.
Littering: Leaving trash in the van, on the way, or in the tour areas is strictly prohibited.
Inappropriate behavior: Shouting, hostile attitudes, or aggressive behavior toward others will not be tolerated.
Children’s behavior: Ensure children do not disturb other participants.

Important: Breaking any of these rules results in immediate forfeiture of the tour and the right to any claims or refunds.

Food Safety and Allergies

At AtacamaStargazing, we strive to provide unique and memorable experiences, but it is important to note our limitations:

Menu customization: We cannot customize menus for those with severe food allergies. We recommend taking the necessary precautions before joining the tour.
Remote location: Emergency medical facilities are not available within a 120 km radius. Therefore, personal responsibility for managing allergies rests with each participant.
