Cancellations and Rescheduling by AtacamaStargazing

Cancellations:

If the tour must be canceled due to weather, political, health, operational, time restrictions, or national emergencies, AtacamaStargazing will refund 100% of the amount paid. This refund terminates any contractual relationship, with no obligation for additional compensation.

Rescheduling:

If the opportunity to reschedule arises, AtacamaStargazing will offer this option to customers.

  • Customers may accept the rescheduling or, if preferred, opt for a cancellation, in which case AtacamaStargazing will refund 100% of the amount paid.

Obligation to Reschedule:

AtacamaStargazing is under no obligation to reschedule the tour. The decision not to reschedule will not result in complaints or additional compensation.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policies for Customers

With 48 Hours or More in Advance:

  • 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

With 24 Hours or More in Advance:

  • 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

With Less Than 24 Hours in Advance:

  • No refund will be issued.

No Show and Inappropriate Conditions

No Show:

If the passenger is not at the agreed meeting point at the time of pickup, no refund will be issued.

Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs:

If the passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the tour, they will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.
